Before any of this existed — before "LLMSEO" was a word, before we cracked a single pattern — we were just two founders with an ecommerce brand getting punched in the face by reality. Margins dying. Ad costs exploding. Nothing working the way it used to. Every day felt like a fight we were losing. And nobody was coming to save us.
So we did what desperate operators do
We dug deeper. We tested. We failed. We tried again. We pushed past the frustration and exhaustion — because we had no other choice.
The realization that changed everything
Somewhere in the chaos, we saw something the world wasn't seeing yet: AI wasn't just answering questions. AI was choosing winners. Visibility wasn't about rankings anymore — it was about which brand the model trusted enough to mention.
